Yeah heard on the news about that with a simple message to the tourists. In short I guess they said, paraphrase, " To those who come to look at the beauty,, don't go trampling through them, picking them, laying in them and watch out for rattlers, two people have been bitten already. Leave some beauty for others to enjoy"
Some folks have lived there their whole life and never seen a bloom this huge, looks awesome!!

Yeah, people are annoying when they think the world revolves around them and you see them walking through the flowers destroying them. Happened a lot, some got tickets too... On our hike My Gf, Dog and myself walked over a rattler, a baby diamondback. Scared the shit out of my dog. He must of thought it was a stick and when it crossed the path he jumped like a cat, scared me and my gf thank God. All in all it was beautiful, I have about 40 pictures of just the scenery. This want this big bloom, this was a smaller one. Probably going after this week to the big one. Cali, in the desert. You can Google superbloom, shit's insane.

Going back a step in my process of advancing to Oats, since I couldnt seem to figure it out, I picked up some WBS (since that went well already) for my Lions Mane grain spawn. Whilst preparing it it hit me as to why my oats kept contaminating at the bottom, I was forgetting to wash before and after the boil... I felt like an idiot wasting all that grain, but hey, it's a learning process...

Substrate for lions mane, made hard oak pellets and wheat bran.

Highly doubtful that's the issue. Mold dies in the pc cycle. It's gotta be technique or filter failure

I’m using a bag grow kit that just started to pin but all are pinning from the side not the top. What should I do? The bag is going to restrict growth

Only way to determine what the issue is the test the causes, hopefully I'll be able to figure of what's going on... I tested my sterile technique seems to be good. Now onto the next. Even did a finger swipe on agar while doing NAPE swab, both dishes are clear unfortunately...

not just ape, but anything that gives me the foam filled centers instead of hollow.

i had this batch that dried to a 'foam' like fabric i should of taken pics
they had no weight to them. but were really potent so me and a few others have ended up taking way too much at times.

Was it abnormal for your APE? I just thought it was the norm for the foamy centers, and thought ape tended to have foamy centers. the few fruits i've gotten were the same as you're describing.
Maybe worth mentioning; other varieties with that feature didn't have excessive potency. I'm not sure it's tied together if that's what you're saying.

im not saying that at all. but the doses were more potent because i/we consumed more mushrooms per gram.

i see what you mean. Yea maybe . Makes sense, pretty airy tissue.
With the other ones I can say they were on the good end of potency, but still within what I think of as typical cube potency range.
