Almost looks like tamps. I thought I read somewhere those rings can be from temperature or maybe light changes?
I always leave a germ/early transfer plate to fruit if I'm really not sure if I'm growing mold or not

Yeah rising and lowering Temps can create rings. You notice it sometimes when u take a culture out of the fridge.
That Firdt ape plate looks good. It's the same. Plate. Yesh it looks good. Super tom. But looks good.

Light or temps either one can do it... really extreme with both and a culture seemingly sensitive to it

The first plates had a really thick fluffy myc that ended up having bacteria when spawned. This is my first transfer from one of those plates. Just trying to figure out if I should keep going or stop trying on these.
Would love to start with a print but have only had swabs.

Quick question regarding Myco bags and PC's. I don't pre-seal. Some people brazenly go without the tyvek sleeves. I'm wanting to try that. Accordian fold alone, taped down.
When is the optimum time to seal the bag? Some do it right at zero pressure, which makes some sense, cause it right before the room air begins to fill the PC.

About coir and cubes: how much of it is actually decomposed and used as substrate usually and how much of it is basically to expand and fluff the rest for explosive growth?
Cubes are supposed to be a little lignicolous on the side right, but.. how much?

All of the coir should colonize. It's more for water retention than "expand and fluff" (whatever that means)

A bit of bacteria, but not too bad... spawn worthy IMO but wouldn't G2G personally
Edit: the top looks puffy AF! Might be worse than I'm seeing
Your cake will be ok as long as it's clean

I have done it with no sleeve but find that getting the gussets apart is a real pita later. The filter can sometimes stick to the bag bad as well. I have done tinfoil inserts instead of sleeves and am starting to prefer it. I use a sterilizer so it pulls a vacuum on cool down. I never preseal.

Exactly, water damage. Overmisting fruits or water from lid. NBD. Nice fruits.
Volt- Idk what it is exactly, but doesn't look right. Could be bacterial and growing high, or is it mold? The colonized part below looks wrong.

That jar is mold for sure. The spots could also be from too much water in the sub.

Toss it...oats need to be dried after hydration...then loaded into jars or they come out too wet most of the time imo..

Gotta touch on this as well. Some of my best batches of oats were dried for 24hr+ after hydration. Oats like to be moist on the inside and bone dry on the outside before PC.

Trash... anything in a jar that's not mycelium (aside from minor bacteria)is trash... if it's showing in the jar, you'll never see fruit
I'll 3rd the dry oats... best batch so far sat drying for 28 hours prior to jarring for PC
