Check my location. Europeans have a harder time finding supplies.

I have condensation on the top of my sub, should I loosen the polyfill more, remove the polyfill from the top holes, or run a fan at the sub until it dries out a tiny bit? Or a mix of all three?

Noted. Some of the veils seem ready to open, is it normal for a first flush to be smaller? Or is it because there are so many packed together?

First flush will be smaller in size of fruit, I find I get a smaller flush with bigger fruits each go round.
Someone correct me tho.

Those veils got a ways to go, they aren't even stretched yet. 2 days at least before ya harvest I'm betting.

What do I need to be mindful of when buying a PC? I was going to buy a fully electric PC that doesn't need to be on a stovetop, bad idea? Can't find anywhere how many psi it can get.

the only electric PCs you can use are All American Pressure Cookers and they cost several hundred dollars.
you will probably want to start with a Presto 23 quart. Thats the gold standard.

27 quarts ~ 1,000 USD

Munchauzen is right. You should buy a presto or standard 25 quart AA. I recommend to buy an All American PC. It lasts your lifetime.

For the cost and size I'd rec the presto 23 qt from amazon, walmart or similar.
I have 2 of them and they work great although the seals seam to be a little pesky after many many cycles. I found stretching them when they are warm usually fixes any improper sealing.
I also have a couple AA 75x electric sterilizers which are very nice as like you said you don't need to take up a burner to use it.
I don't know much about any other brand of electric sterilizers as I don't see anyone around here using them.
woops beat me to it:

I wish I could find that PC! I found some more information about PCs and found two terms "Pressure cooker" and "Pressure canner". Apparently pressure cookers are just underpowered pressure canners? I can not find a "Pressure canner" for sale anywhere or that Presto, maybe it has something to do with EU laws? I also can not find anything above 10 liters. I can only find Tefal "secure" pressure cookers ~6L that only go up to 12 psi. For about 80 euro. Do you think this is a good PC?
This is the electric PC: http://www.chefmasterkitchen.com/smart-pressure-cooker/ I found it for 90 bucks.

I had the same problem, Tiamo. Check out ebay. There are vendors that pay the customs and everything for you. Big investment but it is worth the money.

Good thought. Cheapest I can find on ebay is $94 for Presto 23 Quart PC, but with shipping and taxes would be ~150. Worth it? Also, how is maintenance on these things, heard they were very maintenance heavy?

You don't have much opportunities :/ As I wrote I was in the same situation. I think there is an EU law or something that does not allow to sell big PCs within the EU.

Thanks for the help guys! Didn't realise PCs in EU sucked so bad. Looks like I have to import a PC. Boatloads of money, but will be worth it. Gonna start saving up now, I can't wait to work on agar. Gonna do a few more runs of PF tek first to get the gist of all this tho.
