yellowing e. novo leaves

Hey everyone,
So recently I noticed that the older leaves on my yearling e. novo plant are yellowing. I've grown this species before and have never had issues so I'm kind of at a loss.
She's roughly 8" tall and currently in a 3x3" plastic pot with a mixture of FFOF and Light Warrior (if i remember correctly). Lives on my balcony and gets decently bright shade. I definitely keep her out of the ridiculous Texas sun. Watering is accomplished with tap, distilled, or rain water... really whatever I have available at the moment. I let the surface of the soil dry out between waterings. Not a whole lot of fertilizing... I've maybe fed her twice (fairly dilute Botanicare liquid ferts.)
I keep a pretty close eye on this plant so I'm sure the yellowing has occurred in the last 2-4 days.
There's been pretty extensive growth in the last 1-1.5 months.
Am I just underfeeding? Is she going deciduous? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I got the same problems on mine. Thats more like a burn as opposed to yellowing. From what i can tell, they have pale lime green leaves all throighout life. That there is dark green. As was the case with mine. And thus burned on the edges like yours. Might be too much nitrogen. At the time i was heavily top dressing with coffee grounds.
No matter, it doesnt look too bad. Do a flushing with distilled water. Let the soil dry and forget the water soluble fertilizer. If you want to use fertilizer use a slow release all purpose. That way you dont burn your plants.
I too live in texas but way south and the sun is brutal. Hope that helps.

Getting ready to try my hand at novo, have heard they often need an iron chelate supplement to prevent yellowing and yellowing also happens when they go deciduous.

Thanks guys. I did flush it with distilled water this morning so hopefully that helps. The leaves are pretty pale/lime green but the picture makes them look much darker than real life. I'll probably wait a while and then supplement with all-purpose and maybe some iron chelate. Appreciate your input!

Mine do that then turn orange from nute burn what are you using? I found that the exact ppk 9-3-6 coca loves is the same that orchids love. Was gonna buy some special stuff from Holland specially for coca then I did some research and found its just the same as orchid Also you say they're pale how often do you water? I water the day after the pot goes dry give them a day scavenging for water then give them a little not drown them just a splash they apparently thrive on this and increase the alkaloid content the more mean you are to them weirdly The guy who told me all this knows his shit I'll find pics of his stuff
I got mine from him not a business just a guy who grows for the love of it crazy dutchman
