Edible Lactarius / Lactifluus ?

I picked some mushrooms today which I'm sure are all Lactarius/Lactifluus. All of them were picked in mixed forest, ~800m Eastern Europe.
I'd like to eat(some of) these, but I think I also have inedibles.

1. The milk of this one has turned moldish-green.

2. As you can see, rusty brown bruising. I'd say it's Volemus.

3. After closer look, I think here might be two species, maybe Piperatus and Vellereus. The milk of some of these(I think those with denser gills) has turned moldish-green, while some of the other have orange-brown bruising. Some have no change in color.
4. This one is very similar to #3, but the gills are more uncrowded than all of #3's.

Wiki says about Lactifluus piperatus: "As with other species of Lactarius, there is abundant milk (latex), which is white, and dries olive-green." Mushroomexpert.com however says: "The milk is white and does not turn olive to pastel green when it dries" Interesting...

i'm no help to you (and in a diff country), but i'm interested in these species too. we've been finding a lot of latex-bleeding fruits in/around our chanterelle spots on the east coast of the US. so far this season i've only tasted the latex just a little to see what effect, if any, it has on the tongue.
they've all had really sweet latex, no burning sensation at all, but didn't spend the time to ID because we were on chanterelle missions. i hit a dead end about two years ago with ID's of these fruits and have never revisited the quest. now that chants are disappearing i should try again.

I've read the milk can be sweet, but the meat peppery. Hopefully someone comes with ID's before these go bad.

I think you are right about number 2 being L. volemus. Does it have a strong smell of fish/crab/seafood? This is a delicious mushroom! I found one just a few days ago.
I don't know about the others.

Yep it had a somewhat fishy smell. Some old couple who was also collecting said this species can be eaten raw. But the same couple was collecting all Russulas in their way saying all are edible and tasty.
Off topic, I've also found 2 more baby libs today, I posted in my previous thread.
Thanks for the input.
