Martha Humidifier Question

I am currently setting up a martha and have am torn between getting a Repti-Fogger with a ]110V Digital Air Humidity Control Controller WH8040 , or go with a Repti - fogger with Plug ' N Play Hygrostat for Humidity Control in Egg Incubator because I'm not sure about the wiring aspect behind the WH8040 and have never done any electrical work before, but then I ran across this little guy Digital Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier with Hygrostat Sensor with the incubator and the 8040 is said to be able to read up to 99% while the Ultrasonic said 90%. Has anyone used the Ultrasonic before with the Hygrostat? Im worried that with that much humidity it wont function correctly because it would have to be in the martha with it vs outside with a probe. It seems like it would be convent with the ultrasonic. I thought about putting a tray of perlite at the bottom to help with whatever device I choose regardless but would probably benefit the Ultrasonic more. Any suggestions?

Just get yourself some pvc and a coolmist. Run that thing all the time for fae and constant low humidity. and for misting use an ultrasonic also piped in. Cut a few flaps at each tier of the shelving for air to circulate evenly and to help balance high humidity levels.I posted a little tek on how to modify the "woods" brand outlet timer which I use for the ultrasonic so it kick on for 30 seconds every 25 minutes or so.

Globejs is telling you right, that is the best way to dial in a small/medium tent type set up.
With that being said I always noticed that the only time any of my tents were really running properly is when they were all the way full with substrate. It seems like any other time they would always run too wet or too dry. I also usually wound up putting a tub of moist perlite in the bottom as well.
If your heart is set on a tent style set up by all means put one together and dial it in. However from your post I'm assuming you're planning on building one with things you plan on buying. If money and ease of construction are at all a factor I would abandon the tent in favor of stackable tubs.
