I've tried getting creative with the search function here and still can't seem to find it. I think it was posted in this part of the Shroomery but I guess it could have been somewhere else in a random thread about meditiation. This was a fair number of years ago at this point. Probably at least 4-5, maybe a little more, so I'm aware my chances of finding it are pretty rare. Here's what I can tell you about it:
It was almost entirely about breath. It was an Indian sounding guy who rolled his R's very hard and dramatically. It was probably about an hour long or so. He spoke a lot about the moment in between breaths. Like at the peak of inhaling, where you're no longer inhaling and then at the same point during the exhale where you are not inhaling or exhaling. I remember it being something that I found helpful for getting in to meditation and approaching it in a good way.
Does anyone have a damn clue what I'm talking about? If so I'll be surprised and super happy. And of course 5 shrooms for anyone who knows what the hell I'm talkin about.

"He spoke a lot about the moment in between breaths." I read a book called The Book of Secrets by Osho which mentioned something like that. Osho has videos on youtube, if its him you could probably find it yourself

That could definitely be it. I'm familiar with that name but not with his videos or talks. I will check it out, I think that's a pretty damn good lead though. Thank you!
