Dangerous?

Hello all! I am new to the forum and just started looking into mushroom identification only a few days ago. Simply stated, my 14 month-old daughter picked up a small brown mushroom from the ground and stuck it in her mouth. No worries, she's fine. We got it out rather quickly and she never even had the opportunity to chew, let alone swallow, but it has made me wonder what is growing in my yard. If she is going to be eating them (which, of course, we'd prefer that she not, but even with me standing right there, she's still really quick) I'd like to know if there is anything dangerous that I should look out for. There was one in particular that I was concerned about, I'll post some pictures, but I'm also curious as to what may have been the brown one that she ate.
Here's the one I'm concerned about. It's white with brown flecks on the top. The main one I have pictures of is about 4 - 5 inches across and stood roughly 6 inches tall. There were smaller versions all over the yard. Some were really tiny, with the same aspects around 2 inches, but with a small brown dot on the very tip in place of the flecks. I just plucked these this morning from southern PA.
I apologize for all the links. I tried to embed them, but Google Photos doesn't allow embedding into BBcode.

Here's a smaller version, standing about 4 inches high. Sorry it's so blurry: https://goo.gl/photos/Ap9fFdMPsQNeZ6pB9
And I believe this is an even smaller one yet, around 3 inches. You can't tell from the picture, but it also has the small brown flecks on it. This I took yesterday, but it seems to have opened over night. https://goo.gl/photos/EBcKBboqy7RtqeQY9
This is the brown one that she ate. It's pretty small, maybe 2 inches high in this case. I did see some really large ones yesterday before I mowed and I didn't think to take them out to photograph. The larger ones seemed slimy and were very wet when I hit them with the mower. https://goo.gl/photos/3Lotn4V9KfL1oDmM9

Just one last one. I just wanted to make that this isn't a Jack O' Lantern. https://goo.gl/photos/BstXL37n3Zmcp2KF8 Sorry I don't have a better image, it was right in along some underground rocks. To pluck it out, I would have had to mangle it. It's also pretty short, only about an inch or two.
Thanks all for your help!

As I said on your identical thread with the broken links (maybe better to fix the links than start a new thread, in order to maintain reply history?), I see an Amanita, a bolete of some kind and another Amanita. I'm not sure what the species are.
Maybe someone can be more specific.

Thanks, do you think the Amanita is dangerous?
I'm certainly no expert, but do you think it could be Amanita cokeri? Or Amanita thiersii? Any chance the bolete is a bicolor?

I'm sorry. As soon as I realized the links weren't working, I pulled it down. I thought I checked first to see if there were any responses.
