Are EMS devices efficient?
    #23522176 - 08/08/16 02:50 PM (7 years, 5 months ago)

Howdy, I have bought this nice little EMS device for firming up my buttcheeks. I work out 4 times a week and do a variety of other sports activities, so I bought it mainly in order to boost what I'm already doing. So far it didn't do much obvious exept for feeling... funky... It's kinda enjoyable actually

I was wondering if someone here might want to share his/her longtime experience and if it's actually working after a while, cause I might just be buying a device for abs if so.

Idk, there are several gyms around here which have them, and even one gym that's all about them. I did ut 1 week now and there might be a little bit if a result, but it's hard to tell really. Time will tell I guess. But nevertheless great if you want a massage for your butt
