I am sure a properly planned, well balanced vegetarian diet wouldn't lead to weaker bones, but many vegetarians/vegans are deficient in some important nutrients.

I respect and appreciate vegetarians and vegans for their discipline and I think there is a huge amount to comend about a reduced/no meat diet if properly planned and executed.

However, I am not a vegetarian or vegan and eat a high meat diet. My aim is simply to not eat any factory farmed meat and to eat only wild/game meat such as elk, bison, fresh water fish, venison, shellfish etc, and to eat no pork, beef, chicken etc that is factory farmed in inhumane conditions.

In practice I still fall short of that goal though. I am gradually phasing out all but wild meat though.

I would assume heart burn is from excess stomach acidity, and alkaline foods neutralize acidity.

It's weird how you started this account specifically to start a parody thread but you keep posting under this account.

tums just treats the side effects of over acidicity....

consider trying this next time....eat a bunch of alkaline forming foods, then you won't get heart burn.  or at least try and keep it balanced between acid and alkaline forming foods....

Yea, my point is you can't live off an acidic diet, which is comprised of most everything except for fruits and veggies. We all eat a somewhat alkaline diet.

I read an report from Vilhjalmur_Stefansson that was very interesting, he lived with the eskimos off and on for five years
and adapted to their diet.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vilhjalmur_Stefansson

"
Stefansson documented the fact that the Inuit diet consisted of about 90% meat and fish; Inuit would often go 6 to 9 months a year eating nothing but meat and fish—what was perceived to have been a no-carbohydrate diet. He found that he and his fellow explorers of European descent were also perfectly healthy on such a diet."

Meat and fish are acidic so...

I ate a mostly acidic diet until recently and honestly if it affected me all that negatively, other than being overweight, I didn't notice it.

We used to get calceum from veg and the water we drank. eople are doing pretty, well, terrible. I assume we could be worse off considering our diets tend to be meat and sugar with some veg on the side.
I dont even think meat is bad for health, but people dont knw what their bodies need

my diet consists of vegetables and meat. kale, spinach, cucumbers, onions, avocados, beef, salmon, peanut butter. that's pretty much it. nice try though.

if I lost 30lbs I would be a 140lb skinny little bitch. no thank you.

avocados are a fruit, and you probably don't even have 140 pounds of lean body mass in that pic you posted

also oh no god forbid you eat a healthy fruit that is high in the unsaturated fats that are necessary to absorb the nutrients you eat from vegetables and meat
