Heat rating is 650,000 Scoville units. By comparison Tobasco sauce is rated at 2,140 Scoville units.

Even has a warning on the bottle to not exceed more than one drop per meal.

It ain't no fuck around shit that's for damn sure.

By the way per Google this is the hottest known hot sauce on earth, clocking in at 1.5 million Scoville units. That's insane.

Any of y'all dabble with any of these extreme hot sauces?

Never saw the point in getting extremely hot sauces. Doesn't the heat drown out the taste after a certain point? I like to be able to taste everything in the sauce while still feelin the heat. I tend to stick with habanero sauces. I'd try that stuff just to try it but I can't see myself using it in many recipes

Just go for pure crystal capsaicin.

Hot sauce man. I like it when I want, but if I don't have that craving then it just annoys me

That stuff looks like it could be pretty fun though!

I have a ghost pepper plant in my garden. Out of all my peppers it seems to grow the slowest. I just only saw its first flowers a day or two ago. I've also got a few habenaros, thai and a small forest of jalapeƱos

You any good at making hot sauce? If you are I can send you some peppers when they're done.

If anyone wants some peppers I'm sure there'll be plenty to go around.

Never tried, bud. But I appreciate the offer. That's pretty cool though (the different peppers in your garden).

I grew ghost peppers this year.

I have a bunch more too.  I'm just drying them because I don't like spicy shit and don't even know what I'm doing with most of them.  I just grew them because I think dangerous peppers are neat.  Last year I grew Trinidad scorpion peppers.

Yum!

A friend of mine grows reaper peppers, which is currently the hottest pepper in the world.  He has given me tons of ground up powder/flakes from them

I wear gloves when cooking with it.  You don't fuck around with these hot peppers

Love spicy peppers!

Fortunately capsaicin is soluble in fat and can effectively be washed off with vegetable (or other) oil.

My friend would probably like this. He puts pepper spray, which is pure capsaicin, onto his food.

What are you going to use it on OP? I was under the impression people just put a drop or two in a big pot of chili or soup or sauce or something.

According to him he can't find anything strong or spicy enough, so he uses pepper spray. I've seen him put it on a taco too. He'll be crying while eating it, but he enjoys that sensation I guess.

Out of all the time I've known that milk or anything fatty or oily works at covering up the heat, I didn't even think of it like that for some reason.

Oh yes, I have this stuff. I pour it liberally into my chili. I live for that burn :drooling:

It's like the most sustainable way to get a nice opiate high from time to time. Just eat some hot fucking food. It's way easier to bump up your capsaicin dose when you develop tolerance than some oxy or something. Unf

a guy I worked with brought some oil to work with a rating of 3.5 million scoville
and one rated at 7 million. I took a drop of the 3.5mil and it really didnt seem
to bad. 2 minutes goes by and I dont have a red face, I dont feel like I'm on
fire, I'm talking normally and he's just standing there in awe. I went back to my
cage and at about the 5 minute mark. that's when I feel it coming on.

my throat was burning, it wasnt terrible, no watery eyes, no red face. just the
throat and a few minutes later a bit of nausea. then the burning got more intense,
I could feel it all the way from my mouth to my stomach and it was a little hard
to breathe and my speech was a little strange, that shit was pretty fucking
serious for about 15 minutes and the heat started to fade

Doesn't help if you get it in your eyes when cooking.  Wearing latex gloves when handling it and throwing them away, ensures I won't touch my eyes by accident.  It's happened once and it's fucking death

soap doesnt cut the capsaicin enough. washing with vegie oil about 3 times will
remove it pretty well though, enough so I could handle my weenie again
