Habitat: woods on a white/paper birch

Gills: pores, a lot

Stem: n/a


Cap: 3-5cm, a bit fuzzy like, conical

Spore print color: n/a

Bruising: n/a

Habitat: my front lawn, in mostly shade

Gills: N/A - dont know what to name whats going on under the cap

Stem: fat with bright red veins

cap - 5 cm accross - tan colour

spore print: n/a

bruising: slight discolouring on the stem

The polypore is a Trichaptum and the bolete is something like http://www.mushroomexpert.com/boletus_luridus.html.

No, turkey tail is in Trametes.

Trichaptum has spines on the underside and Trametes has small pores.
