Or I was convinced that it was Panaeolina foenisecii, But then I started seeing what looks to be veil remnants. Now I kinda wonder whether or not those "veil remnants" are actually just gunk or bits(of some sort?) that have gotten stuck. but what troubles me is how unlikely it is whether gills that light, could deposit spores that are truly jet black.

I think it's two species... The first pair of shrooms is a Psathyrella. The last is a Panaeolus. Panaeolus papilionaceus is possible, but could also be Panaeolus cinctulus.

They don't look like pan paps to me but I'm not a TI. I'd lean towards cinctulus but even then not really.

I give you the choice of 2 pills.

With each containing one of the following:
Cyanide... Psilocin... Would you take the risk?
Didn't think so.

This is why Positive Identification prior to consumption is important.

1) Psathyrella (edible)
2) Panaeolus cinctulus (hallucinogenic)

I see now, The pictures of the Pan. cinctulus were not on the post when I was looking at it. I thought I was taking crazy pills for a minute there.

If you are looking for psychoactive mushrooms, it's a lot easier if you know which ones that grow in your area, learn how to ID these (read guides and watch many photos) and which habitat they grow in.

Your best chance is Psilocybe semilanceata in a month or two. You could perhaps also find Psilocybe cyanescens in your area (it has been found in a few places in northern Germany, I don't know about Poland), although i think that's almost just as unlikely as if you would find Pholiotina cyanopus or some other rare species.

Good luck!
