(Grain-to-Grain) Damion5050's Coir Tek (I use 5.5 - 6 quarts of water instead of 4. Also ignore step 13 and ignore the monotub completely. The only purpose of this tek is to show you how to make a simple substrate. I also add gypsum to it but not necessary) Spitball's Monotub Tek (A liner isn't necessary but is useful) Use 6500k lights throughout the whole process. When you wake up, turn the light on. When you go to sleep turn the light off. It's as simple as that.

Very nice, looks like you got them just in time.
When cooking oysters I have found this works well.
Throw a tbs of butter, or similar cooking oil in a pan on medium heat, then add your fresh oysters and cook them until golden brown, then add half & half, let the half & half cook down and it will form a nice sweet layer around the oysters which tastes amazing, the mushrooms wont be overcooked with the half & half in there.
You can then add the mushrooms to anything you want, but this works well if you want to throw them on top of something.

Hi, Fennario: Yep. They're perfect. Moist and meaty. Gonna cook 'em up tomorrow morning. Left 2/3 of them on the log. Took only what I could use this week. Thanks for the recipe. Gonna prepare them in a variety of ways, actually.
