healthy food to feed my kittens

I have two really sweet kittens, two orange tabbies (females) which tends to be rare because they are more often males genetically.
I was watching this video
and thinking of how cats are not as conscious as humans but they live in a very genuine way, and live in the moment, anyways...
I had been feeding my cats dry food and these preserved packs of whiskeys or some shit but i'm starting to think they should eat more healthy so...
maybe I could just start feeeding them the dry food and sardines cus that whiskeys shit is processed and I just feel like isn't the most nutritious, idk, I just want the best for my little furry friends

Start feeding your cat vegan food if you want it to be really healthy.

When I got a couple brother kittens about 7 years ago I was gung ho on max nutrients. I would give the
m a variety of: Heavy whipping cream/ half and half or whole milk, sardines, beef or chicken (they didn't care much for that. Some people feed their animals raw beef, I've done that too) raw eggs, or cooked if you think they'll get sick from that. The shell is what can get contaminated not the actual egg. Cottage cheese, wet cat food.
They had awesome coats and were energetic and happy. One got ran over the other is still with me today and he is BIG fast, strong, and SMART. Everyone loves him. When he meows there's emotion and meaning behind it like he's talking. Pretty neat.
One time when it was too hot to go outside and I wouldn't let him out he got pissed and was vocal about it. I had stairs that were in the open- no backing to it, and I had a stack of loose papers on it. He was on the step above it and, while looking at me directly in the eye, took his paw and sheet after sheet swiped a shit load of them all over the floor. I was like alright you shit you win. lol.
I think it's pretty important to get them tons of fat cholesterol and amino acids when they're wee lads. Also, that raw egg thing, to any cat owners, crack an egg, whisk it, whisk in a little bit of salt and watch em go nuts. From that point on the next time they hear a fork ting ting tinging against a bowl they'll be at your feet begging.

yabbahabba, pretty much said all you need to know.
Just going to add one thing. Dry food isn't advised for cats as they don't often drink enough water. (having a water bubbler/water fountain is advised as it encourages them to drink.)
It's also advised to feed your cat entirely on wet/tin food. Or just meats, eggs etc. No milk, cat's are lactose intolerant.
Cats, especially 4 years + , are at risk of urinary infections. Simply down to not drinking enough fluids. So get them used to meats and tin foods early and keep the dry food away.

Well my cats tolerated lactose. My mom grew up on a farm and when they milked the cows the cats would gather and they'd squirt the milk from the udders at the cats and they'd open their mouths and lap it up.
Did a quick google and here's a snippet:
"After weaning, milk is not necessary in a cat's diet. Their ability to digest lactose (the sugar in milk) reduces. Cats can even become intolerant to milk, resulting in the diarrhoea mentioned above"

And another thing about dried cat food is they're loaded with carbs unless you get the modern meat-first foods.
They use shit corn or wheat or rice and sends your kitties down diabetes and kidney failure road.

just give them what wild cats eat, mice, shrews, other small creatures. Plenty of raw meat and if the cat wants some more nutrition they can eat the stomach contents. Go to the butchers and ask for offcuts and any cheap meat for feeding your cat.
Cat food is not good, it's cheap and it has marketing, often with tick mark graphics next to a list of terms that sound really good but in effect are shite.
From people that have eaten cat and dog food before, it's meat that's unfit for human consumption, cooked to buggery, and then some weird food science foodoo to make it taste like burnt rubber. I don't know why it tastes like burnt rubber, but that's what everyone who's eaten pet food complains of.

I've seen a cat eat the dry pebbles for 20+ years. How could it be so bad if the cats still live their full life span on it?

Think about how long a happy well-cared for active cat on a proper diet could live.

because some retards that believe they're feline clinical nutritionists and holistic kitty gurus have told them it's bad
carts dont need grains and veggies, and really shouldnt have it in abundance but some wont kill them and most dry catfoods should be supplemented with meats

Salmon, trout or any fish really. Really good for them. they will likely go nuts for it and love you for it. I always share fish with my pets.

Feline clinical nutritionists are full of shit and are scammers trying to make money. There is nothing better for you then real, whole food. It is much better than pre-packaged corn or wheat flour with vitamin powder and fake meat flavoring added to it.
Cats and dogs have been existing on scraps and other food for a very long time before humans ever invented pet food. But if those "nutritionists" say that you can give your dog everything it needs by eating a piece of meat or your leftovers, they don't make any money.
Technically we could all survive drinking just Soylent for the rest of our lives, but how healthy would that be really?
Apparently pets have been getting high rates of liver cancer and leukemia and other types of cancer, and I think it's strongly correlated with the preservatives they put in those foods. The liver metabolizes all those chemicals into the blood.
