I got only 1 spore left (Amazonian) Which substrate of Pftek jars to inoculate?
Is Brf/verm okay for my jars?

This is a strain related question. Which is irrelevant to substrate really IMO. A cube is a cube, and nutrients are nutrients. It's all a matter of what level of expertise you are at, and what your preference is. Obviously PF tek is good for beginners. For larger grows, spawn to bulk with something like Rye to hpoo or coir and vermiculite, with a hint of gypsum.

you need at least 2 spores to start a grow but variety doesnt matter they all thrive under same conditions.

I don't exactly quality of cow manure i have. Should i put those cowpoos dried or moistened? I have dried manure.
Or you suggest me to get rid of it? Do standart brf/verm mix for jars? Also i am planning to crumble and case it after those jars get fully colonized. Is that okay?

collect dry aged manure, get it to field capacity and pasteurize it properly (not bucket tek).
Do PF-TEK or grains to manure, whatever you wanna! I wouldn't case crumbled cakes tho, either fruit them as cakes or spawn them to bulk (manure, coir etc)

pasteurization means keeping core temps at 140-160F for 60-90mins for manure substrates.
