Blue all over

So I assume I should just throw these out. I cut off the blue on that far right one since it was only on the corner, but if I see it again later I guess I give up on it.
Can I pick the fruits still? I don't really have any idea what to do honestly, so any advice is good.

Why would you cut off the blue? That is just bruising, probably from either handling or being to dry. The mycelium will recover under the right conditions. Get that thing in an SGFC and mist them!
And your fruit is fine, but I would wait until the veil breaks or is about to break before picking.

alright thanks. I'm not working in perfect conditions so I feel like mold is possible if I'm unlucky.
More water should be good then?

I'm no contamination expert, but I see no mold here. These cakes look neglected though. Put them in an SGFC, mist until glistening (try not to let water pool) and give it fresh air. If they are too dry, you may want to try bottom watering also.

Don't touch your cakes when they are fruiting if you can help it.

Alright I've had a rough past few days and I thought I watered 3-5 times a day but it might have been on the low end and I forgot to water the perlite too. It's kind of in a closet too but I leave the door open.

You should mist when the outside looks dry. When the water evaporates from the surface, mist again until glistening. And keep doing that until magic happens.
You should also be fanning a lot a this point, and you really should get the chamber out of the closet. It needs constant fresh air exchange, while maintaining as high a humidity as you can muster with as much as you fan it. 80-90% RH would be acceptable, but higher won't hurt either, as long as you're giving it enough fresh air.

Funny how in your mind you thought "damage control", when only it was just damage.
Those cakes bruised like that because they are dry, handling will not bruise them all over like that. Notice how the worst looking areas are the parts where the verm didn't stick to the cake. The verm acts as a casing layer, absorbing water so the cake doesn't dry out fast.
Try to get more verm to stick next time you do cakes and give the top a generous sprinkle of verm after the roll. Putting a lot of verm on the top of of the cake will promote more top pins, which are more appealing. I think that people dry the outside of the cakes after the dunk and then mist them before rolling to get the verm to stick better. Not sure about this, I have read it somewhere quite a while ago. I would love to see someone who has experience with cakes shine a light on this. We see a lot of people with not enough verm on their cakes.

Yeah I was kind of thinking the same thing but it's too late I assume to roll more verm on. In the original thread for this batch they had some good thoughts on the matter https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/23488103/fpart/3/vc/1#23488103
I think the verm I have just doesn't have the right texture or something to stick, so mashing it up in a bag might have helped.

They make a finer version of vermiculite, which I use for all my grows. You are using a coarser grade.

I did this successfully five times and it was always adding a good dollop of verm on top of cakes. It adds only 5 days and gives you its full flush in one shot. It's also a great remedy for extremely dried and blue cakes because of things like the verm falling off the sides.
I also always suggest to people that should they dunk and roll, to leave the cakes alone for 24 hours and delay misting up to 36 hours. This way it doesn't fall off and sit in pooled water on foil. You can just use upside down jar lids (not rings) and your cakes won't have to suffer that.
If your SGFC is in a closet then I would at least elevate it to get some air underneath to flow. You might even be able to get an inconspicuous desk fan.. those tiny fuckers.. and just get some gentle air flowing in the room towards it.
Those I would let grow out. Hydrate your perlite, throw a tablespoon or two of verm on top of each cake, mist directly but avoid the fruits. If it goes to shit after that I'd suggest a dunk and reroll but those are 1 in a million.
You could also stand them in a saucer full of water overnight and they'll wick the water through the network.

Thanks a ton man. This is advice I need.
It's in the closet but the way it's set up is a large box with paper towels on top of it, then the 4 jars upside down supporting the sgfc so it has enough space below. The jars were suggested to me before. All in all the chamber is a bit over 1 and a half feet from the floor.
I can set up the fan at the doorway to try and make it less of a closet. I'm in a studio apartment so it's connected to the bathroom areas and the main room already. I don't want to have the fan running if it's just going to dry them out faster, I feel like they're drying out really fast without the verm. I guess with the dollop I'll add to the top it won't be as bad.
