I don't think I would even say those are gyms,  yet I'm unfamiliar with gyms. Make sure you get a solid ID before you go munching!!

Not Gymnopilus.

Psathyrella perhaps, or maybe Panaeolus.

They could be Panaeolus cinctulus, on second thought. Wait for a TI

Yeah I'd call those P. cinctulus on further inspection.

Once again, wait for a TI though.

Cut off the stems and put the caps under a glass for a day on some white paper, if the spore print is jet black then theres a really high chance its P. Cinc.
Wait for a TI to be safe as always.

Definitely not a Gymnopilus species. Gymnopilus would have orange to rusty-orange gills and spore print.

It is a Panaeolus species.
