ID request Panaeolus cinctulus

Are these Panaeolus cinctulus, just noticed the pictures are way out of focus 
Habitat: on a meadow
Cap: Brown, fragile
Spore print color: in progress
Bruising: No color change was observed.Just found these little fellas
Location: North Germany

I'm gonna say no on cincts, more likely is you have a pan foe or closely related pan species, the gill shot is super blurry, did you do a spore print?

Thanks for you reply.
After searching the web, I also think it will be a pan foe. print is in progress. Yes, pictures are super blurry:( I also noticed that they where growing not in clusters. They were more scattered, if this makes sense.
Here, the spore prints. It is hard to tell. it might be black, but maybe not jet black ? I also tried to get the grills on the image.

Hello how is your day? I found these shrooms in my back yard. I want to know if I can eat them and relax or are these toxic? And is it Ok if I keep them in my fridge or where do I store them? What's your opinion people?

Panaeolina foenisecii and Conocybe apala. First one is not psychoactive and second one is toxic.
