This is PDA inside i think that label wrong.
Is that kit is ready to inoculate? Should i do/add anything? Just inoculate pan cyan spores inside? That's all?

If it's PDA then yes, transfer some spores to it.

I would inoculate in front of a flowhood or in a still air box. If you are using MS solution make sure you flame sterilize the needle and inoculate away.
Good luck

it says plate count agar right on the label, why would it be PDA? I wouldn't use that for mycology, its not what you want.

Yeah the print is.... some of the biggest on the container. So, not really fine at all.

swipe spores to plate with noc loop, transfer growth to new plates until you're sure its clean, let grow out and inoc grains with agar
are those ready poured dishes? they often come pre-contaminated in the mail, just a heads up.

OK so you have them petris already? syringes work but you dont want too much water on the agar. squirt some spore water on a flamed loop and streak on the plate, or use just 1 drop on the agar. or just squirt out a drop or 2 so you "spill it" on the outside of your needle, and swipe that on the agar. always flame the needle and loop before use of course. cool on the receiving agar plate if needed.

Point taken. Though looking at it on a tiny IPhone screen, it looks pretty tiny to me.
Anyway, OP, I'm curious as to why your plates would be mislabeled as PCA and not the proper PDA label, especially if it comes from a lab. I just find that a little...weird. You'd think that might be an important detail to a lab supply. Just a mistake then?
