Idk, I would try and fruit it but it looks pretty rough, don't expect too much. Do your soak with individual cakes (not all together- that seems to spread bacteria IME) and roll in verm. Make sure it gets a proper SGFC with 1/4 inch holes 2 inches apart on all six sides and fill with 4 inches of rinsed perlite. Don't forget to raise your chamber so fresh air can go in the bottom holes. Good luck

Also, so you understand a little better, BRF cakes are recommended for beginners because they can fruit despite bacteria, depending on how bad they are.
Tighten up on your sterile practice. Use a SAB (still air box), clean your hands and clothes, and make sure you PC or steam sufficiently. Also becareful to use as little spore solution as possible, since spores often contain some bacteria.
keep trying, you'll get better with practice.

I wouldn't worry about the shrooms, if you thoroughly dry them they will be fine.
Make sure you remove the tape from the inoculation holes immediately after inoculation. You want gas exchange. Keeping them covered with create a anerobic condition that favors the bacteria, and can ruin your dry verm layer.
Also, what do you have under the tops? I think I see tyvek and brown paper? If you have a dry verm later that will protect against contamination (provided you remove the tape, keep the verm dry, and don't tip the jar or disturb the verm layer). You don't need anything else for brf jars. That might also be contributing to the bacterial growth.
