Cubes vs. Subs
    #23508224 - 08/04/16 03:06 AM (7 years, 5 months ago)

After a three or so year hiatus I feel ready to delve back into psychedelics. I'm both excited and nervous to trip again, it almost feels like starting again despite moderate experience in the past. Now, having come from New Zealand, I've only ever had subs. I now have the opportunity to try some cubes and I have a couple of questions. I understand subs are more potent, but I've also heard they have a darker vibe to them.

Does anyone have experience with the two? Is there much variance in the experience? Are cubes more "gentle"? More visual or colourful? If anyone can shed any light on any difference between subs and cubes would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

My experience is that cubes are a much smoother flowing trip.  I always get blended colors and soft but sometimes intense visuals, especially on anything over 3 grams dried.  Cubes always give me an awesome body buzz as well, like im floating in warm pea soup.

Okay that sounds awesome. Have you had any experience with subs? Subs have never been colourful for me, but lots of warping and breathing etc. With flashes of scenery and geometry with closed eyes. And the body buzz has always been real unpredictable, either floaty and warm, or like I weigh 10000 tons and am in a tumble dryer :o haha

Cubes are way better, less chance you'll get trapped in a seemingly endless trance
