Few question regarding contamination/grow

Hello shroomery community, thank you for taking the time to view my thread. I'm a new mushroom cultivator and being the newbie I am I have a few questions that I would like to ask the community to clear some things up.
So, question 1, I've read that in the PF tek it is important not to shake jars or move the layer of dry vermiculite, this is easy to find in a quick search. However, people do not seem to explain the severity of it, if it happens. Basically, what im asking is, If i accidentally knocked around some of the dry vermiculite, what are the odds of contamination if everything else was done in a sterile environment?
Question 2, This doesn't really involve contamination, but it does involve the growing process, so I hope this is appropriate to ask here, if not, im sorry. Anyway, what happens if you only inoculate in 1 hole rather than all 5? Will it just take longer to spread around the jar, or will it spread all around the jar?
Thanks you to anyone who has taken the time to read these, I appreciate it.

1) perhaps. It is a possibility. Only one way to find out.
2) theoretically it should spread all around the jar. It'll just take forever. Let's hope no bacteria is in there to hinder it.

This, the only thing I have to add is that the longer your jar takes to grow, the higher chance of contamination, so I'd inoculate all 4 or 5 jolrd. Also, the dry verm barrier moving shouldn't be that bad unless you got it EVERYWHERE you should be good.

Thanks for the response, I proceeded to add some more spores throughout all of the jar to speed things up. Very excited for the first time grow, all of this stuff is extremely interesting to me for whatever reason. Especially contamination. Happy shrooming.
