I just brought pearl oysters lc form a vendor. I want to stretch the culture and store it best for this form. Would it store better as being made into more lc jars to brf cakes to slurrys to grains. With brf and lc in the fridge. Or would straight to grains then grains to agar and more grains. With master grains and agar in the fridge.

Not sure why you would go to grain before agar, or bring BRF cakes into the equation.
LC > agar, keep it simple. From there make master grain jars and slants for both expanding and long term storage.

BRF slurries? I wouldn't go there.
Agar wedge > 2 quart jars > 15 quart jars > 15 10lb spawn bags.
For oysters that's about 8-10 days for your masters, then 4-5 days for your G2G. Agar to 150qts in 20 days or less.

test tubes with agar and popsicle sticks! you will be good for a couple years if you do that. pearls are a good grow, and taste so very nice.

Sounds like quite the project. I gotta hear details
