First hunt ever, possible Psilocybe medullosa?

Habitat: Sweden, woods, marsh/ bog area, near wet dead leaves and rotten wood perhaps.
Gills: A solid reddish brown, not attatched to stem, and fairly dense with gills.
Stem: White/ dark gray in different vertical patches, not thick or thin especially, short/ medium length 1-3 inches
Cap: 1.5cm like an umbrella with a nipple, sometimes flat with nipple, brown with dark brown spot at center on nipple, abit of a lighter colour towards the edges, and turns to a light beige colour when dry.
Spore print color: Unfortunately no spore print yet! Will try to get one later.
Not noticed any bruising. Feels fragile, and there is another species I've noticed that's similar and could be the same that has more of a furry feeling on top and slightly different, but extremely similar colours, could post a pic of those too if requested! My first post, and on a phone! Only spent a few days reasearching before going out! So go easy on meh!

Could be cortinarius saniosus but I collected a lot of different types for identification, how did you know it wasn't a medulloasa so quickly though?

Experience I guess. If my memory serves me right, Mikael has found and handled Psilocybe medullosa before so it's probably easier for him to recognize the characteristics.
Welcome to shroomery!

If yellow partial veil, then yes.

So obviously a Cortinarius in all features, and nothing like a Psilocybe sp. at all. The differences are easy to learn.

I've got that sorted now! I'm not only interested in the magic ones, but all the shrooms I walk past on a daily basis, feels silly being around things in the world so often yet knowing so little about them, that would be a shame. Thanks for the help.
