Going to do do my third mono, but this time I'm going to have an air conditioner.

Ok so for the last 3 years I have only done 3 monotubs. I live on the Caribbean and the temperature is like 80 to 90fh. I recently moved to a small apartment and I finally have an air conditioner. My questions is ( will the air conditioner dry up my mono more faster?) And also I have the 16 qt aluminum pressure canner. I'm afraid to put it on my gas stove, I have read that you can't put it on an open flame. I would really love for this tub to really work, because my other tubs worked good despite the temperature. I always begging working on my grains like in November because of the temperature the lowest temp we get is 74 at night. I'm hoping that with the ac I get a bigger and more potent yield.

If anything maybe you'll actually have conditions within the desirable range of 70-75F.  If anything dries out tighten the polyfill.
