Mid-summer waterfall grow - epic potential?

Greetings ya'll.
I've always been amazed by utilizing nature's gifts instead of blowing cash, time and energy on fancy man-mades, so I attempted a waterfall grow at a time of the year when outdoor grows would generally be considered impossible. Took some scenery shots to go along with the story.
Basic info: -Current temperature range and weather in the area: 25-35 celcius (77-95 fahrenheit). Very occasional rain. -Species grown: eryngii, cloned from grocery store specimen that comes from mass-producing mushroom factory in Germany. Likely senescent as hell. -Substrate: 700-1000 mililiters of sterilized supplemented (25% wheat bran) sawdust in jars. I inoculated probably around 2 months ago, placed into fruiting conditions 2 weeks or so ago. Scrapped the tops.
This is the access point:
Inside the bush:
First peek at the site:
Bucket with jars in the corner:
Peek inside:
Jars layed out:
Close up:
Fatty:
5 or so snail friends watching over the mushroom garden :
Seems to be going well.
The location is undisturbed by other people. The waterfall is about 2 meters/6 feet. If desired, I could attempt growing upstream where there are waterfalls up to 30 meters/100 feet in height (added humidity and temperature stabilization, pics below), but frequented by tourists. It is also less accessible (slight hike vs. current mini waterfall just off the road). The potential for mushroom growth from a single gorge such as this is immense, hundreds of kilos could likely be produced weekly, year round, with 0 energy inputs. Winter freezing temperatures could prove troublesome though.
Upstream conditions:
Peace.

Aye thats the kicker, the temp for the shrooms is naturally lowered by the water spray (has about 9 celcius, ~50F). Previously did an ostreatus pretty effectively too.
Heck the entire area of the gorge I placed them at is probably 10C lower than where I actually live.
