I have 4 pan cyan pftek jars (cow manure/brf/verm mix)
13 days passed since inoculated no any colonization signs I guess jars inside is dried Why no any colonization sign after 13 days?
Should I do some injection distilled water inside jars?

Should start spores of species other than cubensis out on agar.
And post pictures
And never inject a failed jar, just start over

Using pint jars and foil lids is last ditch, I woke up in rural Africa and need to trip, technology.
That's probably half your problem right there.
I would get some jars and make appropriate lids

This is waterglass not pint jar, i do colonize copelandia a few times with no problem. But this mixture of cow manure/brf/verm with pan cyan is my first attempt. (Print to sryinge then inoculate into jar)
Is that method right? Should i wait ? How many days?

Why are you doing pan cyan as pf tek anyway? That's not even something I'd feel confident enough to pull off. I'm sure they'd feel much more at home in a substrate that can retain moisture properly.

More like, which species do I prefer for PF tek, to which the answer is cubensis. For cyans some kind of cased bulk substrate would really be better.

Pan Cyanes are also a bit trickier for a newer grower. If I were you, I'd start with cubes and stick to the tek.

Um... I don't understand the question. For colonization period? I don't use a bulk substrate for colonization.

Normally i do pftek jars with manure/brf/verm mix then inoculate let them colonize. Is there any better recommendations for it? (For pan cyan spore prints)

A spore syringe or a Quote:

Should I do some injection distilled water inside jars?
If the source of your spores is a US based vendor/sponsor- for the exotic species- I've seen over the last 6 months at least half the vendor spore syringes and prints (from ANY of the sponsors) have had something wrong with them- either contams. or just won't germinate.
Take some of that print/syringe to agar just to see what you get.
