Pan sub id help
    #23496993 - 07/31/16 08:52 PM (7 years, 5 months ago)

Habitat: SW PA front yard. Heavily parked and rode on section that hasnt seen traffic in a few weeks

Gills: see photos

Stem: 3-5" has what seems like verticaseel lines but its hard to actually tell

Cap: some have a very defined band some dont

Spore print color: all the spore prints so far have been deep black. See photo

Bruising: none that ive seen yet; maybe darker brown.

Other information:
Scent. The smell like they could be sold in the grocery store. Just a good mushroomy aroma

Im confused if these are subs or some other species of pan. Maybe p. Sphinctrinius?  I did get brownish prints off 2 mushrooms that arent in the pictures and the only other slight difference was the caps, so im thinking those were foes. Am i right in my thinking or at least thinking the right way? Thanks

Also the last picture is a ball of myc i found smack in the middle of the patch, just throwing it in bc i thought it was neat that it was out like that
