Doesn't sound like you're in a good enough place in your life to be messing with indole hallucinogens but that's just my opinion. I don't think someone should continue to take something like mushrooms if it gives them truly legitimate suicidal thoughts.
I mean I'll be honest having the thought while you're tripping that you could just kill yourself (take yourself out) or really anyone around you is not uncommon, this is usually when the individual has a feeling of eternalism https://psychonautwiki.org/wiki/Feelings_of_eternalism This usually isn't a result of anxiety though just mind expansion being too convincing. Most people never follow through, some people consider hundreds or even thousands of different things during crazy trips sometimes. Thinking about things or having things that come up that are unusual or unpleasant are normal but this is usually surpassed by love and spirit.
A lot of people can experience pretty crazy things during the mushroom come up because it generally feels very anxious on the come up. The individual usually feels apprehensive and even pessimistic which would fit what you're describing. This can even feel like impending doom which is another common effect with psilocybin (psilocin) https://psychonautwiki.org/wiki/Feelings_of_impending_doom

You tell those shrooms you are a child of Light and that you will bathe in the blood of vengeance against all evil lol.
Seriously, though, dude. Stop taking shrooms if they give you these thoughts. It's rather impressive you continue to do so, and shows quite a lot of inner strength within you. Don't let temptation of an easy route distract you from your path.

soras said: truth is i don't really know what my problems are. I just have this constant feeling of exhaustion, wanting to stay in bed all time. sometimes i get this thought what if it just ends. would everything be okay then. I did some research and i found promising studies of end of life anxiety / depression in cancer patients. It motivated me to try it.
Sounds to me like you want to suicide and are looking for something to make it less fearful and easier for you to commit. If you heard it lessens end of life anxiety then you shouldn't be surprised that it's making you feel a lure to want to end it.

I don't think that is what he wants. He said he wants to get better. don't push him in the wrong direction.
yeah... you have inner strength. facing your inner devils again and again. I personally would not be so strong. There is a flame in you, a flickering flame, don't let it be extinguished.

if ur on ssri's etc don't use mushrooms use one or the other, but not both, my mind improved when i switched to mushrooms but maybe you will benefit more from therapy and medication, no matter how shit things get i don't get suicidal, i have intrusive thoughts but they don't follow into trips, trips for me are healing and really do work for depression even though i hardly changed my lifestyle but now i go out etc something that i found difficult before, i'll meet girls and friends if they ask before i was too anxious
-------------------- I give you the choice of 2 pills.
With each containing one of the following: Cyanide... Psilocin... Would you take the risk? Didn't think so. This is why Positive Identification prior to consumption is important.

I'm not pushing him in any direction. I'm simply trying to establish the truth. What he said doesn't make sense.
He heard shrooms can help lessen end of life anxiety in terminally ill cancer patients, decides to try them and then reports back here saying he feels more suicidal. Almost a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Shrooms for me have helped me with depression and PTSD. I don't really feel depressed any more because of them. I see life for what it is. A period of consciousness. Death being the end of that.
If you're on any medication you should tell us.
Shrooms aren't offering you any benefit from the looks of things so stop taking them. You need to exercise. Start smashing some weights, do some running and try and get laid.
Meditation is great too. I do mine with Matcha Tea
