    #23495626 - 07/31/16 01:22 PM (7 years, 5 months ago)

6-7 out of 10 cakes, 1/2 pint pf style aquired a smell similar to fermented wine after a 25-26 hour dunk. Ive read this is probably wet spot. Can i still fruit? I dont care if others get contam because i only want 1 flush.

You only want one flush, ever?

You could always post a picture.

Yeah only one flush??

I've been doing BRF for a year now. The second flush is always the best!

The biggest trip of my life was realizing all of the events and actions described in posts made by this account were never real and had never actually happened, but were instead the delusional ramblings of a severely mentally ill human being. I just had to move on for my own good. I love you all.

Especially from a few cakes...  Maybe if we were talking like a 300 gallon mega grow to end all grows and retire your growing career, sure, flush it out, get your 5lbs dry, what the fuck ever, but if you like mushrooms enough to ruin your chances of ever making more of them, then you must not like them that much.

Okay well it sounds like you're gonna do what you want to do in that case.  What's the question again?

maybe. depends on how bad the bacteria is.. your yield will likely be diminished, either way.

most people's pf tek cakes have at least a tiny amount of bacteria in them, since they are inoc'd with syringes from vendors, most of the time. which are not usually 100% clean. if the bacteria is minimal, it can still fruit. if there is a lot, it might get moldy and not be worth a damn. really just depends.
