My specimens do not forcefully eject spores, and therefore can not be printed, they have to be swabbed, the spores just hide up in the gills.
Rainman's specimens however, can be printed.
If you are interested in this then let us know, it just interests me that specimens from the same species do and don't drop spores, that is a big variance, and they look so different aswell...

Do people grow these?
I have not seen a thing about it, but that doesn't mean anything.

Thank you for taking an interest in Psilocybe subsecotioides Fennario!

Yes, I know of a few users documenting their successful Psilocybe subsecotioides cultivation protects. You can grow these just like you would any other woodlover, it's actually quite simple if you know how. Here is an example of P. subsecotioides cultivation off the top of my head, Awakening's cultivated P. subsecotioides, his "BOI" strain.

Awakening's BOI secos are similar to mine, in the fact that they do not forcefully eject spores like Rainman's specimens. I have another users P. subsecotioides cult in mind, I shall dig up all the users posts of P. subsecotioides cult and copy them into this thread for you Fennario!

The other user I was thinking of that has cultivated Psilocybe subsecotioides is jacksirius, I cbf taking the time to copy all his pictures into this thread just yet, but jacksirius states that some of his specimens eject spores, and while I was checking out jacksirius' posts, I have discovered some answers to my own damn questions...

However it is possible with the long stipe variety to take a light print. they seem to drop spores to a degree.

Ohhh that would be a good way to make the most sterile as possible spore syringes from secos that do not eject spores.
Thank you for the great knowledge stevo. Is that an original idea?
