From your grows it looks like your GH is nicely dialed in for growing Pans. Do you have any thoughts/ tips on starting a GH?

Also curious on this. Do you have fans, timers, etc.

On this photo almost all what I have, pretty common.
cpu fan with speed control, ultramist + timer and aquarium heater in water for additional evaparation and temperature if needed, but previous Jamaica grow was success without it.
I look for temps in GH with mercury, it's the only thing that I control.

Just one cpu fan? Does it blow in our out. What timer increments for both fan and humidifier?

Currently have two fans in mine. One on each side to blow the air all the way through.

Haven't figured out my timers yet.

Thanks man

Now I have only one, but think about another. will follow current situation )it's actually a small GH.
Humidifier works for 2 minutes every hour, fan works all time. I can't really affect RH more, pans need maximum RH, so I try give them all that I can with this equip ) also 4 trays give evaporation from their surfaces.

Okay cool. I wasn't sure if the fan running full time would dry it out too much. I was thinking I'd run it for a minute 5 times per hour. So five fae exchanges per hour. I'll have to experiment with different settings though.

A couple questions for either of you guys- What direction is the fan blowing the air, up or down?

Looks from the picture like the humidifier is on the lowest shelf with the trays above and the fan in the middle- does that mean the fan is pulling the humidified air from below or pulling fresh drier air from some hole at the top?

Is that an ultrasonic humidifier?

air goes up and when ultramist working it helps to bring steam all around. GH bottom isn't sealed and cpu fan helps extrude carbone dioxid and pump fresh air instead)

Thanks for the info, I'm looking into getting one. Just using an SGFC now.

Looks like the condensation means its warmer inside the GH than outside with the aquarium heater and the lighting. Whats the temperature difference?

Any pins so far?

I've been wanting to inoculate a few more jars with my pans, inoculated a couple jars with 2 different varieties a few weeks ago but they couldn't recover well after the shake. Do you guys not shake pan jars? That's what I will be doing on my next try.
