Is this something that happens to anyone else?
Do you ever start making a post about something you are genuinely interested in, begin typing it up, make it look nice... but then all of a sudden somewhere through you just lose hope or something like.. i doubt anyone is even going to be iinterested, im just wasting mine, and everyone else's time.. and inevitably just scrap it entirely and log out?
is that anyone else, or just me

i have a collection of unfinished thread drafts where pessimism got the best of me. sometimes i feel like what interests me won't spark the interest of the majority of people around me. there should be a support group for this. sometimes i just lack the courage to hit "submit"

If you have an idea for a thread, you should post it. More people should participate in the discussions here instead of just lurking. Besides, a lot of the most successful threads are troll threads. They're controversial so everyone feels the need to voice their opinion on the matter. Don't worry about how many responses you get. It doesn't matter.

I'm so tired of troll threads, fishing threads, and source threads that I have come damn close to just deleting my account. It is very refreshing when interesting topics worth reading come about. If you put your heart into a thread they will come, and if they don't, fuck'em.

Nah, I type it out anyways and then get flamed for it later. I think this is the root of my shitposting as well.

You just gotta learn to roll with the trolls man.
I honestly don't think there is a better community anywhere else on the internet.
These are good folks here. for the most part.
not me, but the others are good people and you should stick around and learn to weed through the bs.
you can also utilize the ignore function.
it's not often that i make genuine posts so cherish it

Or you could leave and go find this magical place on the internet that doesn't have trolls.

Yeah I abort more threads than a slutty unmarried rope. Also when I do post threads they always go nowhere, and when I post in other people threads I kill them.

What I've found helps me relax from constantly realizing that the internet is making people loose their minds and say shit they would never say in public to someones face is........watching FOX and CNN!!!!
I swear it helps, give it a shot!!! I'm convinced those two channels are specifically designed to help people completely relax into their peaceful core being, while breathing harmoniously with the vibration of the planet, and realizing that everything is always OK, no matter what challenges in life you face....
...maybe I'm missing something.
