So guys , I am shure i have passed the last 4-5 months an awakening process.
My world has turned 360• and i have had every symptom and my Psychologist agreed on it.
It has been a long mental unconsciouss journey and i am trying to get grounded now.
I changed directions like about 2-3 weeks . I am back in my physichal body but not really mind grounded .
I feel dizzy troughout the day , confused , sight-blinded , anxious sometimes , feel controled by my right-hemisphere and sight, changes in reality . I am going trougth the healing process.
Has anyone have any experience with this ? How do i totally ground myself minded?
I have experienced a lot of pain already and i want this journey to end ! I am at a point where i get really anxious about it and want this just to end and feel no power to continue.
Anyone who can relate to such a deep enlightment would be very very helpfull
I send peace to you guys and good hopes.

Eat well, sleep well, drink a good amount of water and meditate

Thanks Eclipse ! I am doing that and following always my heart and intuiton. I would love to go to Goa, India to progress with it and be with a professional guru wich leeds to me to the light. I have made good progress until now : -Can sleep without meds and longer -Dont have much dreams -Lost a few kg's -Not feeling so dizzy -More active but still doing not many things because i dont have much power for it. Everything takes 2x force.

Regarding psychedelic use in ayurveda; a diet to balance excess air/vata is recommended for grounding (get ghee):
Quote:
The most vulnerable are people who have vata constitutions, are vata imbalanced, have been previously diagnosed with mental conditions, have a sensitive nadi system, or are dehydrated.

Besides Nadi stabilization* and hydration; it looks like calming Vata is a primary concern. So;
Quote:
To counteract the drying, chilling, crazy-making quality of too much Vata, Ayurvedic wisdom recommends enjoying food, spices and drink possessing the opposite qualities. A Vata balancing diet includes nourishment that is warming, hydrating and grounding. This includes foods such as thick soups, whole grains and cooked, dark leafy greens made succulent with good fat sources and zesty with the addition of such flavors as ginger, mustard seed, nutmeg and cardamom.

Quote:
The most powerful method of balancing ida and pingala is Nadi Shodhana, alternate-nostril breathing. (Literally, the Sanskrit means “nadi cleansing.”) This practice is effective because the ida nadi is directly connected to the left nostril, and the pingala nadi to the right. A few rounds of this basic Pranayama technique at the end of an asana practice are an excellent way to help restore equilibrium between the two nadis and to compensate for any imbalance you may have inadvertently caused during your practice.

"Ashwagandha is particularly beneficial for Vata types as it calms the nervous system and helps focus the mind. It is frequently prescribed for people who complain of fatigue, have difficulty concentrating, or feel “ungrounded”—all symptoms of Vata imbalance."

-------------------- Favorite entheogen experiences in descending order: 1)Combo of oral DMT + smoked Bufotenine 2)Amanita (urine drank twice) 3)Mushrooms > Achuma 16"+cid(still need higher dose Achuma)> Cid (still need high dose) 4)Morning Glory-HBWR (+cumin, cinnamon aldehyde adducts) > Methyl chavicol (need more activators) 5)Salvia (need to try quid)
All readable matter in the above post is ficticious... any similarities to real life are purely coincidental. Blessing.
