Shroom identification Richmond, TX

Habitat:
In mulch surrounding trees and flower beds at apt complex.

Gills:
Black

Stem:
1"-3" thin and white

Cap:
About the size of a quarter and shaped like a bell with a spot in the middle that fades to white.

Spore print color:
I don't know how to do this

Bruising:
Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.

Other information:
I have taken a few pics of the shrooms growing in our complex. I'm pretty sure one of them is not magical

in texas you should be looking out in the cow fields for the most part.

without any pictures and minimal information its very hard to ID something.

but from what youve said im gonna guess its a coprinellus.
