Starting an Ethnobotanical online shop - viable?

Hey guys, I've been thinking about this for a long while. I have chronic back pain (Myofascial syndrome) and have always looked for herbal helpers, remedies, for my back. This and my love for the psychedelic journey, has lead to me looking deeply in to herbal rememdies, and then paired with my science-y side, I've loved looking deeply in to various extractions, tintures, etc.
I'd sell straight leaves, some more potent homenade extractions, tinctures, capsules, obviously just depending on what form the herb lends itself too.
I'd love to start (Obviously it would begin online, not massively plausible it'd end up a physical store, but that would be amazing) an online/eBay shop selling ethnobotanicals, herbal extractions and tinctures, books and information of herbal medicines, and various other things.
So I've just a few questions . 1) Any idea where I could find/how I would find, sources for large amounts of herbs? Obviously I'd start off with smallerr amounts, but would want to be buying in real bulk eventually.
2) Would it be difficult and expensive to get bottles made with labels on? Any idea where I'd go for this?
3) I live in the UK, as long as the herbs I'm selling are legal, I'd be fine, right? What about extractions? Tinctures? etc. Because obviously herbal supplements are not regulated by any food or medical board, would selling them in these forms get me in to any trouble?
4) If I were to list herb Xs supposed health benefits, when they have never actually been 100% clinically proven, could this get me in to some capers?
Cheers guys! I'd absolutely love to do this, as suffering with my back, constant chronic pain day-in, day-out, I just want to help other people with their pains.

1. Grow them yourself, but you'd need inspectors and stuff to make sure your crops and facility are of standard. I don't know where you could get the leaves and herbs in bulk.
2. Buy the tincture bottles online in bulk they're not expensive, buy a label gun, or label stickers or something fancier.
3.Idk that ones complicated and I'm American so I am not familiar with your laws but here as long as it's not FDa regulated you're fine as long as the tinctures don't have alcohol if it has alcohol you need a permit just to sell that item.
4. Same thing it's complicated but as long as you don't advertise it to do anything in particular or make claims it will help or cure or treat anything it's fine.
I've looked into doing this myself and it seemed like a lot of trouble, at least here in the states.

But will they fall under the new psychoactive substances bill? It got some vendors so jumpy they don't even sell live cacti now, yet regular cacti nurseries carried on as usual, just the headshop types are wary of what they carry now. Technically even valerian root extract was going to fall foul of the bill but I think some provision might have been included for substances of natural origin? It would take much research to be sure you are on the right side of the law. Boots and other high street pharmacies carried on with their herbals as usual but then they can afford the lawyers I guess, and the smaller companies might be more prone to be a target.

Yes, this bill was my main cause for concern, yet I'm still seeing vendors selling scullcap, wormwood, damiana, passionflower, even yopo and hbwr.
It's a very stupid and confusing bill, haha!

Any have any name ideas? I want a name that gets across, herbal medicines, entheogens, natures power as a healer, shamanism, etc
Just a few words that give off that feeling.
If I couldn't think of anything good was going to go with 'Mad Naturally', haha, just found it on a Darkpsy VA and thought it sounded good
