Found these yesterday, they looked like I missed them by a day, they literally looked just like they do in the pic, kinda dried up a lil brownish...still ok to eat, or should I just stick to the fresher specimens?
P.s. sorry bout the dirty paper Ive been using it all season lol

Personally I wouldn't. I have before and got deathly sick and it messes up trips when you've gotta shitpuke throughout. Food poisoning is a real thing.

If they were positively ID'd before going to shit, you can always throw them in boiling water and make tea. It should kill everything that might make you sick. Just toss the material after done boiling. Strain, let cool, add lemonade mix, ice cubes and sugar and you're good.
But if they're rotten, like very rotten.. as in they were left fresh on that paper to rot.. throw them away

I know they are cinctulus for sure...and I wouldn't say they are rotten just slightly past their prime, not mushy or anything.
But for my drying method I usually leave them on paper for a day or two to print them all and once I confirm I put them in a container with silicate. Should I be doing it differently?

Jackin it is right! I wouldn't eat those if they were picked like they look now! Just last night I ate 20gs wet p. Cubes (about 7 or 8 caps) and I think a few were just a little old, which isn't gonna kill you but it will make u shitpuke for 6 hours straight like I found out last night lol. Also I think that was a little high of a dose for me or something, I wasn't tripping to much I actually had one of the best trips ever, for about 2 hours. Batter safe then sorry is so true!!
Also I would change up your drying method, they need to be dried rather quick IMO 2 days tops, try sticking them right in front of a fan for 2 days and the silicate helps also after they are dry!

Lol well sure am glad I asked, so I guess I'm just gonna boil them into a tea, I think that's the safest bet. I have about an eighth so far, not counting the ones in question. Found some real nice fresh ones tonight gonna dry them out too. Hoping it all brings me too around 7 grams or more.

Get a cheap dehydrator and dry them at 160F for 4 to 6 hrs. You want them soda cracker dry, which they should be in short nick that way. Then store them in an airtight container with your desiccant.
