* Having a blindfold upon life
The last 4-5 months havnt been the best in my life. I have been on a Spiritual Trip/Awakening enlightment.
I came now to consciousness. I have a blindfold upon eyes in wich i cant see reality clearly.
My ears are full since the start of this journey. I feel lightheaded , i am body grounded but not totally attached to earth. I have this feeling in the neck of pain.
Do you have any tips to ground yourself totally? What can i do i dont want to be like this forever.
I am going to dry to do a meditation of 10 days 10 hours a day complete silence and see if that helps.
It has been a long journey and this intermediate feeling of being grounded and at the same time ungrounded is horrible , i want to function normal.
Do you have any tips guys?
Peace

Its just the feeling of being trapped in me is not nice. Everybody saying that i am fine from the outside .... This constant pain in the neck and no eye connection to the gland wich i cant fly is horrible . I dont have wings anymore
I dont know what to do , i need to give myself time but it is hard to have this patience.
I have 20% strength and i cant even use it correctly.

Look into chakras and kundalini
Stretch and take good care of your body
Take some breaks from substances and detox your system
Here's the thing, it's all your body, all your mind, you have to take care of you first. If you aren't nobody else will. All anxiety and thoughts that you've become 'ungrounded' are just that, thoughts. You got this.
Listen to the first Nahko album, that always helps me

I suggest changing the way you view things, don't worry about how you are now compared to how you were or anything in the past. Find a goal or something your trying to accomplish and just set out to do that everyday. I found this change in my life helped me greatly.

I think meditation would help you but I think a combination of things will help you. I agree with sinysterkyd. You need to realign your chakra and detox your body. Those combined with meditation should help guide you in the direction to recovery, but it will take effort on your part. And you do need to take care of you first. Your body is the only one you will have in this life so it depends on you to take care of it. Just be patient, stick with it and you'll get there. You can do it! You'll be ok.

Thankyou guys ,
Tried Kundalini Yoga wich really helped me , I have totally my thoughts under control and i feel every day more grounded. It is just the last thing with the eyes , the connection to the gland misses. I need to give it some time i know.
Should i leave nicotine and coffee 2 ?
Thanks
Peace

I'd say yes probably. A good source of caffeine that won't have much in it is green tea, it's also shown in studies to have antipsychotic properties.
