Filter / Blower matching for a flow hood

So I'm just looking for some second opinions on whether my blower and HEPA filter will work well together.
I have access to 2 inline centrifugal blowers. I'm planning on using the Elicent Type AXC 300 B but also have the AXC 200 B available.
The specs on the 300 B are:
0" sp 0.8" sp 1.0" sp 1.2" sp
970 cfm 559 cfm 453 cfm 367 cfm
The filter I plan to use is sold on Fungi Perfecti here.
It's a 24" x 18" x 5.8" filter
I contacted Fungi Perfecti and they told me the filter has a resistance of 1" sp and requires a blower that supplies 429 cfm @ 1" resistance.
The blower I have supplies just over that, coming in at 453 as seen above. However, I'm not sure about the pre-filter and if the blower will be strong enough after I add one. I read that the pre-filter may add another 0.2" of resistance bringing me up to 1.2" of resistance. At that interval my blower will supply 367 cfm, below the 429 required.
I'm hoping that all this is within an acceptable margin, since it's obviously never going to be totally spot on.
Any opinions? Thanks!

I'm pretty surethe inline blowers don't work well for flow hoods and it is about .2 of s.p you always want to get a stronger blower and bog it down just for in the future of dust build up ... I didn't even know the specs of my blower it was free out of a furnace I used a plastic tub to cover the fan and cut a small hole and made it bigger till my lighter was 60° I'd be hitting up some AC companies for a 115v blower and just work the air flow it never is as complicated as it seems but I really do recommend using a little bit more cfm from your blower needs however you do OT man

Thanks for your response! I have read that the squirrel cage blower is generally preferred but it looks like plenty of people have had success with inline blowers so I figured that I could do the same.
Getting a blower that's too strong and dampening the flow down does simplify things. It would be a shame to put the whole box together and not have enough pressure.
