First Time Mushroom Trip - Tonight... Could Be Deadly Look-alike.

Good-day all forumers from shroomery. Following my second hunt searching the particular mushroom psilocybe subaeruginosa - i have great suspicion I've found the shroom!. .
In my state, theres' a deadly look-a-like mushroom Gallerina autumnalis which looks almost the equilivant apart from certain traits... due to the diversity of mushrooms I've found it difficult to distinguish being a new hunter! I suspect they're the subaeruginosa due to the fact the stems blue'd up quite a bit, and the gills are a dark colour. The reason this can be concerning though is the fact that the gallerina can take on the same traits as a sub. I currently am roughly 2 hours into an ID Print... (Seen In Photo) I'm feeling alright over the whole situation, but seeing as its my first time being able to use the spiritual compounds on subs i'm seriously hoping not to get a mushroom induced sickness, liver failure etc etc. Although as a first time tripper i feel the high not to be too worrying. Any, knowledge, tips, hints, INFORMATION is highly useful to myself and each reply is helpful. Cheers, Tom

Those are subs so at least he's alive. Probably went pretty far in the mushroom realm...that's a pretty good dose of subs.

Reporting back - Last night had the perfect "trip". A little bit edgy at first, anxious... but after around 30 minutes (after consuming with lemon juice) I felt the first bit of head-fog. Objects seem to be breathing and colours are vivid and almost have a glare to them. I felt up-lifted and a more talkative bubbly person in general, guess it is kinda like a shell breaker. Having smoked herb for quite some time, i'm generally used to the feeling of having an altered perception/view... The trip didn't come as a shock to me. I felt great.
Today, i woke up fine in the morning... a nice little after buzz to speak was present. I went through the day perfectly - no headaches, crampes etc... Although my stomach was a little bit weak. I finished my day by going back to the same spot as i found the last subs, and collecting the last ones (this time carefully plucking the stem for further expansion of the fungi). Two days from now im planning on doubling what i took, maybe consuming w/ tea. I'll keep a new thread for my next trip report. Cheers all - Tom

Don't dose again in two days. General rule of thumb is to wait two weeks between trips at the very least and after a few times of this even that isn't long enough.
I understand they're free because you found them in nature but I still don't believe in being wasteful.

With that. Wait a while longer. Wild can have strange components and doubling in might not be what you want to have done.

You don't have to wait two weeks. Two days isn't long enough but you don't have to wait 2 weeks, five days should be plenty. I would not advise making a habit of tripping every five days for an extended period, but you can definitely do it from time to time. Some of my best and trips most informative trips have been within a week of each other.
I say it can be a good thing to go back sometimes while the last trip is still fresh in your mind, otherwise your ego re-crystallizes and you have to go through the process of loosening it up all over again.
Two weeks is recommended for total tolerance reduction, but you don't need TOTAL tolerance reduction to trip again. It's like telling someone you need to wait until your marijuana tolerance drops all the way down to zero before you smoke again. It's not true.
There are also some trippers who are like audiophiles at a concert, if the acoustics are just slightly off it will ruin the experience for them or in the case of mushrooms if the visuals are just slightly less crisp or the novelty just slightly less they will complain about tolerance and say they didnt wait long enough.

Surely you can eat mushrooms every day if you so desire.
If you want the MOST out of them I recommend waiting at least two weeks. If you don't really give a shit about the experience and just want to get stoned go ahead and eat them Willy Nilly.
I find when I trip with tolerance is usually very depressive and lackluster, totally underwhelming.
