I have been taking pictures the last 48 hours or so of them, so I figure Ill share them. This is the first flush of rye inoculated with a spore syringe and then spawned to coir. Just trays in a martha.

Damn, those are beautiful. I'm looking to do the same method for my first (cubensis) grow too. Good job.

Thanks, yeah it is a bit dry in there atm. My humidification setup is not ideal atm, should hopefully be getting fixed soon. Working with just an ultrasonic. I am going to be getting a cool mist at the end of the week. Working with what you have and what not.

That flush finished so I figured Id finish up this post with the results.

Ended up being about an ounce dry. Second flush should be coming soon. Wish I had agar ready to go, that large cluster is pretty.

Ive never done pans, its definately on my list of things Id like to learn. Im under the impression they are a bit more difficult to grow, but I figure learning a broader variety of mushrooms will help across the board.
