probably contaminated. toss it out and try again. you might wanna clean your spores up in agar culture first.
hows it lookin right now anyway?

I don't see anything that warranted a toss.. some discoloration but nothing saying mold. I'd have at least let it chill a day or 2 to see if it sporulates more.. Molds are like always granular. This looked like some slightly yellow myc imo.

too late...lol, I have already tossed it. and the other jars have a greenish color inside em that's why I thought this one too is contaminated.

Could very well be the syringe. By pcd I'm going to assume you mean SFD. Provided the SFD are not worn out or damaged you only need one. It's doubtful a contam like yeast could penetrate a SFD and unlikely that all the SFD would fail in a single grow. Usually SFD fails are a one off occurrence.
If you want to track vectors you need to eliminate the ones out of your control. That means no more spore syringes.

PCing is as clean as it gets. Clean is not the issue. Wear and tear is an issue but they can handle many many runs.

Yeah that first pic does look quite yeasty. I was thrown off thinking it was condensation on the myc. The last 2 did look like it was condensation lol. But yeah on 2nd look at the first pic I must agree.
