Making a calzone

I rolled out some bread dough and now I'm throwing ingredients on half of it and laying the other half of the dough on top of it all to make a calzone.
So far we have pinto beans, quinoa, cheese, garlic, onion, green peas, and diced and seasoned potatoes. Oh yeah, and I'm drizzling it in a tomato and basil sauce as well.
What else should I add to this monster? (no meat)

I didn't have any jalepeno peppers but I did throw in some salsa since you mentioned it.

So Word of advice, if you go to make a calzone, make sure to spread the dough out ON the baking sheet. I spread out the dough and threw everything in and when I went to pick it up it started tearing apart so I just scooped it up with the baking sheet and rolled it all on there and it was all torn up and shit so I just went with it and I think I made it even more badass. I'll post pics when it gets out of the oven in like 10 minutes.

For calzones I prefer simplicity. Usually either do chicken and broccoli or Italian sausage and green peppers. Black trumpets in a calzone is amazing. We crush them and lightly season the ricotta.
