So over the past few months I've been working on getting things back and right.
Had a few set back. But fuck that shit we all came here to grow mushrooms right??
So I have golden halos, a peu clone from a monster tub, some pans bark land sandose, florida, and some tamps from one of the nicest cultivators on the site(noname). And for a fast project I have some strophia from munch man.
Today I spawnd some pans in a tray and are waiting for the other agar wedges.

How are you finding golden halo? I'm in a middle of a grow and so far, I've had very mediocre fruits.

I guess I was lucky enough to have the privlage to help spread the spores from one of my buddys from the tribe. Dudes a great guy, some people think he's a bit of a grey area but his print was awesome germed super fast.
Ill be doing a give away of those and some pans if this work out right.

So, is this going to be a grow log?
Look like you are keeping busy.

So came home this morning and saw a lil green in one of the gh jars so I'm gonna toss it. I have 2 more plates any how.
All plates are doing good except 1 which is fine will transfer away then see how the growth is.
Sorry no pictures of the bad stuff. Most of us know what contams llok like on agar and grains any how.

So just a quick update before I came to work tonight I checked things out . My pan jar that was g2g is recovering and growing already.
My tex plate is going fast as fuck doing transfers of that and some pan bark and a gh to some corn meal plates and starved agar.
Clones took hold just waiting for a lil growth then will begin transfers so it can go on grain.

Update I spawned 2 trays of pans to a cvg poo mix mostly poo. And did transfers of my peu clons today going to g2g my half pint of oat with gh to some rye berries.
Thinking I will use my pp5 containers for the g2g since the top is huge.
I have a question if you guys can help by the way... If I was going to use a grain to start on agar and be lazy does it matter if I shake to jar I know its a stupid question just wanted to know if any one else is doing it.
But back to it. Lost a few plates to poor transfers to be honest. They get caugt on the blade some times.
Have a regular pe jar that I'm going to spawn in a few days after it fully colinizes there like 2 grains not fully colinized. Rambeling all in all hoping for some pans and some pe in a few days.

It gets to be like trying to shake a booger off your finger sometimes. What I really hate, is when it slides up the blade when you're trying to transfer.

ralph, I'd let the jar get to 100% before picking a grain and putting it to agar myself. You can do it when you're planning of spawning.

I hate when it slides up the blade if that happens I usually say fuck the transfer. Trying to flick it off shakes up to much air in the box. I think personally.
How would you transfer your grain steralize a pair of twizzers?

I thought you said "beautiful" for a second there instead of "bacterial". I was gonna say
Yeah, that definitely looks bacterial. I wouldn't even try spawning it if it looked like that, too many exposed grains.
I too am curious about the golden halo's, I'm growing some right now in a tray and they look a lot like PE in terms of how they tear their "veil"

Always thought this was just a PE trait, kind of curious about it.
Edit:
Also, I got my spores from the same guy you did. That guy is definitely "shady", gives 50 shades of "grey" a whole new meaning.

What do you mean blue or green? In your jar? Yeah, golden halo mycelium is aggressive, it climbed the sides of my pp5 and even got into the crevice where the lid closes with the bottom. If it didn't get stuck in there, it would have kept growing onto the lid probably.
Yeah, he is cool, I was just pulling his leg in case he sees it I think I might even know who sent you the barkland print. I have one of those as well. They are all cool guys in my book and good cultivators.

I was more referring to the mycelium's look rather than it's colour. Seems matted, thick in some parts yet totally absent in others. Then there's the grains that are stuck to the side of the jar. I wouldn't spawn that if it were me, just looks too far gone.
