Cloning Colorado Oyster Mushrooms and GETTING THEM TO FRUIT?

I'm currently growing a clump of oyster mushrooms I collected and cloned back in May. They were a lovely dark brown-grey color. This photo is a bit blurry and doesn't do them real justice.
I cultured and propagated a tc and at this point it's been colonizing a bulk sub of straw with 20% alfalfa cubes and 4% gypsum for about 2 weeks and is progressing nicely. I'm going to let it go another 10 - 14 days for full consolidation.
I've also got some pinks and golds I nocd up yesterday from a midwest co spawned to the same substrate mix. I'll update on them as they progress.
The environment here is essentially a desert so I built a small bubble (5'x5'x6') in a spare basement room. I've got a diy swamp cooler hooked up to it but as it stays relatively cool in the room, around 62F, I think I'm going to pull it and just use the fan for fae. For humidity, I'm going to be spraying it multiple times a day but may need to look at other strategies as it is very dry here on the front range.
I'll be making some tweaks to the bubble...recycle timer for fan to shorten cycles...it's currently on a 30min on/off, venting, etc...
This is my first grow so please chime in with any suggestions, comments and experiences, as all input would be greatly appreciated!

Just noticed the first primordia starting to form. It's been colonizing for 19 days and is really covered in them. Looks like it might be a good fruiter. I'll chuck it in the bubble tomorrow.

That grow room looks beast.
Does your fan not get wet on your swamp cooler though?

Thanks, Weetsie! I'm already starting to think it's too small...ha! The fan is a waterproof bilge fan for rvs and boats so it's good to go. Hey anthiawe, this is set up in a basement room which has a can fan drawing air out of the room to the outside (was a grow room) so it's always drawing air into the room from the house. I just built the bubble to maintain some humidity as it's essentially a desert here. It's far from ideal but all I've got to work with. I'm gonna pull the bucket cooler and just run the bilge fan into the bubble on a timer for fae and run a mist line in with fogger nozzles tomorrow. Any input or questions are welcome. I'll post pics as things progress.

Hey again mycolorado, your set up looks cool. For your humidity problem, in the bubble and basment can be helped by putting water on that floor. The plastic will help a bit but you may notice, even with a humidifier running, that the humidity levels seem low. If that is indeed the fact than try out some floor watering. Also, is there anyway to get fresh air in there? The air from the outer room may prohibit best results.

Thanks, anthiawe! I'll be wetting the floor with my current "mister" set up. Less than 12 hours later and these are really popping. The entire log is covered in primordia. Here's a closeup of one of the clusters.

Couple pics of the first two clusters as of this morning. I got my lights up so hopefully the caps will take on that nice dark pigment. The lights are Cree cobs and kick out around 18,000 lumens total. Not sure what that is in lux but I'm guessing it's sufficient.

How are you keeping that swamp cooler filled? For mine i took a tote and put a $9 float valve on the side then placed the pail inside the tote with a 1/4 hole at the bottom of the bucket to keep the swamp cooler bucket filled.

You can see my tote and bucket are inside the chamber, and it also allows me to run banks of ultrasonics to further increase RH, the swamp cooler is often not enough alone.
Are you exhausting externally? You will need to push the stale spore loaded air out a window or vent for sure. It will need to be the same size as your intake fan or a slightly larger vent hole if your going with a passive exhaust.

Hey Gr0wer, nice solution on the tote sump! I actually pulled my swamp cooler as the basement is pretty cool and it was more of a pain than I wanted to deal with. I hooked up a mister line which as of now is just used to water the floor as I need a pump to supply the necessary psi to function. I'm also misting manually with a bottle and running an ultrasonic humidifier in the bubble 24/7. The fan runs 30 min on/off for fae. Here are the fans which I'm going to wire in series. The exhaust fan will go in the lower right side of the bubble and be vented to the outside. I have a can fan/filter which I'm gonna unduct and run freestanding for room air filtration.

Hey Gr0wer, on what day do they start to sporulate and on what day do you typically harvest? Thanks for any info/tips!

Clone from a wild specimen. I pulled the first two clumps which totaled 23.25 oz or About 1.5 lbs.

Final weight of first flush was around 6 lbs...not bad for a first attemp at growing. This is a 3lb box which sold itself within minutes of hitting the local restaurant scene.
