Okay so proper pasteurization takes place a number of ways. For now I will describe the method being used in this thread post.
75 pounds of leached, composted, aged, dried, HORSE POOP.
RYE STRAW + WHEAT STRAW (50/50)
Mixed in the largest rubbermaid tub I could find.
Boiled water for 4 hours, and dumped it in all at once.
TEMP got to 175 degrees F, then immediately lowered to 146F.
TUB IS CURRENTLY SITTING IN MY REAL SHOWER TUB AT 110 DEGREES F.
its heavy af and i dont know what to do.
i have rye grain almost fully colonized ready to run tomorrow.

Umm that sounds like there could be problems. Boiling water right to manure is gonna have issues, good chance you partially sterilized it. Plus you say you don't even have spawn ready yet? Good luck man. Not sure what else to tell ya.

My plan is to transfer what i need from the large tub into smaller tubs and use a 1:7 ratio of rye grain spawn to the hpoo/straw which is mixed 50/50. i need to get the water out. Then should I try and repasteurize it?

1:7 ratio? That's hella low, especially for such a ham fisted attempt at pasteurization. You will be damn lucky to colonize before contams set in.
Plus you say you need to get the water out? So you now just leached nutes from the already low nutrient substrate? Usually with manure I find its harder to squeeze down to field capacity if you go over. Sure people say you can do pillow case tek, bit the fact is that many people prefer not to do that these days for good reason.
Personally with that spawn ratio, that low of nutes, and a partially sterilized sub, I would say your best bet of seeing something from those materials would be to make an outdoor bed.

UPDATE: I dumped out the tub outside after i had someone help me move it out of the tub and downstairs narrowly missing a nasty spill. this morning i gathered about half, put it back in the tub, added celtic sea salt (highest grade in the world), blackstrap molasses, extra virgin olive oil, and spent coffee grounds. i think this gave it a nice nutrient profile. its now pasteurizing in my oven around 160, inside oven bags placed inside aluminum trays.

Anyone got an oven bag pasteurization tek? I have my coir/Verm/manure in a oven bag. I guess tie off with a bread tie and bake at 170? For an hour-two? Poke holes in the bag?

thats what i did. i like the oven bags because i can keep them sealed until im ready to use them. just put them in the oven at 160 the inside will get hotter over time but dont go too much over you want beneficial bacteria to survive
