Need Help with Laminar Flow Hood blower Math- all info inside

Hey Guys,
I've been lurking for a while and want to say thanks to everyone for what they do- it's f**cking awesome how helpful everyone is on here.
I really just need help with the math on sizing my blower motor. I've tried for 2 hours researching online and the metric vs standard measurements for resistance. I'm also a little bit of a stoner so this task has been nearly impossible for me. I feel like I'm wasting my time and hopefully this is the only I ever have to build.
I'm doing a mono tub grow and my jars are fully colonized, but before I fruit I want to build a flow hood and do a G2G transfer for my next set of jars so I'm extremely anxious to get this done!
I purchased the HEPA filter already and didn't have much option on which one to buy because I got a DEEP discount on this one. It's a 24"x24" with .40" WG at 350 CFM at 99.999% efficiency. There were no charts or specs received with the filter just that data tag.
Thanks again for all of your help everyone!

You could use the same one I'm using. I bought from surplus center search for blowers . I used the 24v double blower rated for 600 something cfms . It is three speed and you will need the extra if you prefilter. Down side you will need heavy duty DC switch and power supply (around 17 amps DC) Blower is only. $40 so you can afford a power supply.

How about this one?
It delivers 398 CFM at 0.4" SP according to its spec sheet here
Edit: Granted it's not an exact match, but it seems pretty close.

The blower I mentioned runs 490 cfms on low with no resistance.Add in .4 wg and a prefilter. I think you will be close to the 400 cfms you need.plus two higher speeds if you need ( filter gets dirty) I like the extra power if needed.

I would go a bit bigger, especially if your using a pre filter.

Can you link the blower you are talking about? You can't really extrapolate what the CFM will be at 0.4" SP from the no resistance number as it is not necessarily a linear relationship and differs from blower to blower. Is a CFM vs. resistance chart available for this blower?

I have no chart. I know it will do 684cfm at o and 490 cfms at 1.2" on high so I'm sure one of the three speeds will do the job for him
