Too much mould growing?

I bought 2 different mushroom kits and have attempted to grow them outdoors in a covered containers. I have not added anything extra apart from what was already provided in the kit. I spray water every few days and open the lids to air out everyday.
However, there is mould growing on the surface. Is this normal? What should I do?
Button Mushrooms with white mould on the surface.

Oyster mushrooms with dark green spots on the cardboard.

Well.. You can try to dunk the substrate in the first picture, fill water so it is submerged for a few hours, then i would leave some sort of lid over it to retain a bit of humidity, seeing as its outside. Possibly just plastic wrap
Might get some fruits then from it but yeah it looks wierd and very very dry.
The cardboard.. Whats going on there? Is it dry cardboard with a glass of water on the side? Got some sort of spawn in the middle of them or something that i cant see?
If you do have spawn, then you can boil some water and pour over the cardboard until it is hydrated, let it cool down and throw spawn in the middle so as to make a sandwich pretty much.
Could use some more details

Thanks for the responses.
Yea they are both a bit dry at the moment because in my first attempt I had the substrate too moist and the entire thing was covered in white mould.
They are both mushroom kits so they seemed pretty straight forward in the instructions. I just cannot understand why I've got so much mould growing, which doesn't seem to be the case in the instructions.
The second photo is basically 2 pieces of cardboard (4 in my case) and the spores are sandwiched in between them. I didn't follow the instructions entirely on the second one unfortunately though. It said to soak the cardboard, sandwich the spores, and then put them in plastic bags. I instead put thme in a closed container and misted them with water every couple of days.

What should I do now?

As has already been said, the white stuff in the first one is almost certainly not mould. It looks like healthy mushroom mycelium. It's supposed to look like that. It definitely is too dry, though.

I've thoroughly sprayed both containers with water after that message so they are both very moist now. If it's mycelium, does it mean I should continue to let it grow? My first attempt was entirely covered in them to the point the soil could no longer be seen. I'm just a little confused why there is no mycelium on the same kit in this video here.
Based on what you're saying, would my button mushrooms grow healthily in time?
As for the second container, here's a side view of what the cardboards look like:
Not sure if you'll be able to see it, but the inside looks covered with the similar sort of mycelium stuff, with a slight greyish tint.
If I continue to keep them both moist from now on, will I be on the right track?

It's all right, anoying without answers. Not sure about that cardboard, should have been soaked in water, I dont think the mycelium will be able to eat through it. Maybe if you give it a really really heavy misting, you want the cardboard to kind of expand with the water, it does not look like it have already, just 2 dry pieces of cardboard
If you keep everything moist you should see fruits, atleast from the first kit you got, that box thing.
I'd consider looking up trying to do it yourself, can make some simple straw/sawdust bags/buckets and just have chilling whereever you want, and with guaranteed mushrooms.
People usually frown upon grow kits here, instructions on them suck, materials in them suck, production of them in general, sucks.
You go buy a bale of straw somewhere, and then find a spawn company close to you, buy a bag of grain spawn and do it somewhat yourself
