LSA itself has some pretty nasty side effects, nausea being one of them. It's just part of the experience.

You can minimize the nausea with an extraction, the nausea from eating the seeds themselves is pretty gnarly, but once you vomit it feels amazing. I think it's worth it. I almost never did an extraction.

That statement just strikes me as odd. Can't quite put my finger on why it doesn't sounds right to me.
You almost never did something? So that means you only did it once?

More than once. I've done morning glory seeds quite a number of times as it's one of my favorite drugs. I did a couple of different type of extractions every now and then, but usually I preferred to grind up the seeds in a coffee grinder and eat them.

I used Heavenly Blue Morning Glory seeds in my very first psychedelic experience. It was a beautiful awakening and mind blowing trip; I didn't know anything about LSA tolerance at that time so I dosed 600 seeds the next day and just got sick as hell lol good times

You can buy distilled water at most stores.
I've only done MG seeds once it was a 10g dose. It messed with my stomach pretty bad. I couldn't stand up without feeling sick and still felt sick into the next day. It wasn't a bad experience though just letting you know.

i made the mistake of taking 300 on an empty stomach and that was a really shitty feeling physically. I recently however did a 200 CWE with distilled water and got a bit of a stomach ache for like 45 mins but then it went away, so invest in the distilled cwe if u have the time, you will thank yourself when the nausea kicks in

Had LSA extract in alcohol once, in college. Small shot. Maybe 2 shots worth. Tasted like the most pungent black dirty earth taste I've ever had. Was terrible.
Remember it feeling like meth more than a trippy drug. But that was my first ever experience with a drug like trippy drug. So I may not have known what feelings to look for. Was very speedy. Also felt rough. I puked in a gas station parking lot in front of about 10 people quite violently, jumped in the back of my friends convertible, ripped my shirt off, and we drove away.
It was a weird time.

Lots of the nausea can be avoided through a polar/non-polar extraction and it's easy as dicks. Look it up, do it, enjoy it.
-------------------- To do: sclerotia, DMT, mushrooms, LSA, mescaline.

Let your water sit out in an open bowl for 30 minutes and chlorine will evaporate away.
I would recommend 500 seeds for a first timer CWE. I soak for 90 minutes, swirling or stirring occasionally before straining very, very well.

It's not a really pleasent experience. I wouldn't take them unless you're just insistent.

i have read so many conflicting reports ranging from its terrible/waste of time to the greatest drug ever.
only way to find out is try em yourself. i didnt try amanita for years because i read negative reports then i finally decided to see for myself and they were the most powerrful entheogen ive found so far. i must try these glories some day, trouble is i have only tripped once since my last harvest and its hard for me to turn down my beautiful home grown mushroooms in favor of something new and potentially unpleasant.

The thing I noticed with LSA is that it is both a pleasant AND unpleasant experience. To me, however, the side effects aren't worth the trip. I did enjoy the trips I had when I wasn't busy puking or feeling gut wrenching nausea. It was oddly sedating, I was half in a trance-like dream state for most of it. Very pleasant and quite psychedelic, but definitely not in the sense that LSD or Shrooms are.
IMO, it's as easy to do pf tek and grow some shrooms to get yourself a decent trip, free of terrible vasoconstriction and endless puking.

And I, again, strongly advise you to do a polar/non-polar extraction. You'll save yourself a whole lot of shit.

500 is perfect. You won't even feel 300 with a cold water extract as it reduces potency by almost half. At least do 400 in my opinion and you may feel something.
Just make sure to dechlorinate the water and not to shake the seeds. The main thing that causes nausea is too much time in extraction, or shaking, which will both start pulling the nauseating saponins. Or failing to filter thoroughly will sure bring the nausea... I've regurgated a single seed piece that made it past the filter.
I use a minimum of 800 heavenly blue seeds for my CWEs.
I hope you got the "heavenly blue" seeds; they're the strongest.
